Which social media platforms should my business be on?

Whichever ones your buyers actually use. For most local service businesses that means Facebook and Instagram, plus YouTube or TikTok if you can produce video. B2B and professional services lean toward LinkedIn. Spreading thin across six platforms is worse than dominating one or two — we'll narrow the list during onboarding.

How often should I post on social media?

Quality over frequency. For most service businesses, 3–5 posts per week per platform is the sweet spot — enough to stay top of mind without diluting quality. One strong short-form video will outperform seven mediocre graphics. Our Social Media Management service handles this end to end.

Does social media actually generate leads?

Yes, but not the way most people think. Social media rarely closes a cold lead directly — it builds familiarity, trust, and authority that makes every other channel (ads, search, referrals) convert better. Pairing organic content with retargeting ads and DM automation is what closes the loop and turns scrollers into booked calls.

What's the role of short-form video in 2026?

Short-form video — Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts — is the highest-reach organic format on every major platform. Algorithms push video to non-followers in a way they no longer push static posts. If you're not making short video, your organic ceiling is low. We script, edit, and publish short-form as part of our service.

Should I run paid social ads or focus on organic?

Both, in sequence. Organic content builds your library of trust signals and warm audiences. Paid ads then retarget those warm audiences — which is dramatically cheaper than cold targeting. Skipping organic and running cold ads only is why most small business ad accounts burn cash. Our service combines both layers.

What is social media engagement and why does it matter?

Engagement is the rate at which your audience interacts with content — likes, comments, saves, shares, DMs. Platforms use it as a ranking signal: high-engagement posts get pushed to more non-followers. But not all engagement is equal. Saves and shares indicate genuine value; likes are mostly noise. See engagement marketing for context.

How do you measure social media ROI?

Three layers. Awareness (impressions, follower growth). Engagement (saves, shares, comments, DMs). Revenue (DMs that become calls, calls that become customers). The third one is what matters. We track all three and report monthly — most agencies stop at layer one.

Can DM automation get me banned on Instagram?

Only if you do it wrong. Mass-blasting cold accounts gets you banned. Triggering an automated DM when someone actively interacts with your content (comments a keyword, replies to a story) is fully within platform rules and is how high-converting lead capture works in 2026. We build these flows inside our all-in-one platform.
